Terms of use

These terms apply to launchifier.com and the tools on it, provided by Launchifier (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions: hello@launchifier.com.

The tools are guidance, not professional advice

The Idea Readiness Scorecard, Launch-Safety Checklist, Customer Interview Script Generator and any other tools give general guidance to help you think through your startup. They are not legal, financial, security or other professional advice. In particular:

• The Launch-Safety Checklist is not a security audit or penetration test. Passing it doesn’t mean your app is secure. Get a qualified review if you handle sensitive data or payments.
• Instructions for third-party products (such as Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Supabase, Stripe or Vercel) reflect our understanding at the time of writing. Those products change, so check their current documentation.
• Interview scripts are written by an AI model and can contain mistakes. Review them before you use them.

You’re responsible for the decisions you make using the tools.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter into the tools and of the results you get. You give us permission to process it to run the tools and, without anything that identifies you, to improve them, as described in our privacy policy. Don’t enter confidential information, or personal information about other people.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• try to get around rate limits, bot checks or other protections, or use automated means to access the tools;
• use the tools to create anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• interfere with the site, or try to access data or systems you’re not authorised to access;
• sign up other people without their permission.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us send you updates about Launchifier. It isn’t a purchase, and it doesn’t create an obligation for us to offer you access to any product, on any timeline or terms. You can leave at any time by emailing us.

Our content

The site’s design, text, checklists, questions and other content belong to Launchifier. You may use the tools and share links to them, but please don’t copy or republish the content itself without permission.

No warranties

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that they will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site or tools at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Launchifier won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or tools. The site and tools are free, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to USD 100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
